Job position:               BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

 

Job duties:                 Confer with clients, map business requirements, and prepare business requirements document. Translate requirements into functional specifications to design and support business systems/processes. Perform GAP analysis and conduct cost benefit analysis. Modify and upgrade business processes to improve workflow, design user interface, model workflow process, perform data modeling and analysis. Perform functional testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing. Liaise with business and technical teams on projects, identify and manage risks, create business process diagrams, generate reports, create user manuals, and train end users..

 

Job requirements:     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, any Engineering or related fields and 2 years experience in business systems/processes analysis and support. Must have demonstrated experience in Agile, Scrum, SQL Developer. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated sites in U.S. required.

 

Work location:           Richmond, VA and unanticipated locations in U.S.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

At Savvy Consulting we have an employee referral program that offers cash incentives to encourage referrals from current employees to fill open positions. The following guidelines must be complied with

  • Any full or part-time position that has been posted on this website is bonus eligible for $500-$1000 based upon the position hired.
  • Any current employee on Savvy Consulting, Inc. payroll can participate with the exception of Savvy Consulting’s executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening.
  • Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the referral bonus. Anyone who has worked for Savvy Consulting Inc. within the last 12 months does not qualify as bonus eligible candidates. This includes regular, student, as well as employees working at Savvy Consulting, Inc. through a temporary agency or as an independent consultant.
  • The HR Department must arrange the interview.
  • The referral is valid only for the applied position.
  • You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 90 consecutive business days.
  • Both you and the new employee must be employed by Savvy Consulting Inc. at the time of the bonus payment.
  • The HR Department will make the final determination on eligibility for cash awards under the Employee Referral Program.
